The precision steel tubes produced by this process have impeccable dimensional accuracy, excellent tensile strength, outstanding inner surface smoothness and extraordinary straightness. The inner surface roughness is strictly controlled within Ra≤0.4μm, the outer diameter tolerance is accurate to ±0.03mm, and the tube straightness does not exceed 0.5mm/m, ensuring the high quality and reliability of the product.

CBIES' production standards comply with international standards such as EN, DIN, ASTM, JIS, GB, etc., with an outer diameter range of 8-127mm, which can meet various high-demand application needs.
