Cold drawing process

Cold Drawn special-shaped tubes are mainly produced by the cold drawing process. Cold drawing refers to the process of passing the raw materials through the die at room temperature, applying tension to extend and shape them. Compared with the hot rolling process, cold drawing can better control the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the tube.

 

Subsequent processing technology

1. Rolling: The special-shaped tube is bent by rolling equipment, which can achieve smooth bending with a large radius and is suitable for the manufacture of various structural parts.

2. Stretch bending: The tube is bent by tension and die, which is suitable for the manufacture of high-precision and complex-shaped bent parts.

Process flow
