Destination: Nha Trang, Vietnam
Attendees: CBIES Employees and Families
Tourist Attractions: Beaches, Islands and Beyond
Vietnam is a strategic target market for CBIES. This trip allowed more employees to get to know Vietnam. Nha Trang enjoys a tropical climate with warm weather year-round, making it ideal for beach holidays and aquatic adventures. CBIES selected this location not just for its natural sights, but for its cultural offerings. Nha Trang strikes a balance between beach town serenity and big city conveniences like shopping malls and restaurants. This diversity allowed CBIES employees to tailor their experiences according to their interests.
The CBIES Nha Trang trip brought together employees across the organization. Additionally, it invited all permanent staff together with their families. In total, about 40 staff took part in the journey.
The course of the Nha Trang journey took into consideration leisure and team-building activities. These are the attractions that were visited:
Beaches in Nha Trang
No trip to Nha Trang is complete without spending time at the beaches. Numerous employees from CBIES had a chance to have a good rest on sandy strands and engage in various beach activities such as swimming, jet skiing, and banana boat rides. Beautiful turquoise waters served as a backdrop for coworkers who got closer due to their love for nature.
Pearl Island Amusement Park
There was no better place than Hon Tam’s amusement park which is designed specifically for kids when it comes to CBIES’ staff members accompanied by children. As a result, such activities as parasailing or paddle boats kept all little participants busy. Allowing children into CBIES facilities shows that they want their employees’ families' life not only work-life balance.
Local Food
Vietnamese food is known worldwide thus part of the itinerary included culinary tours that showcased amazing cuisine within Vietnam. They tasted some local specialties including pho noodle soup, spring rolls, and seafood hot pots among others. This allowed them to taste different cuisines hence increased knowledge of Vietnamese culture experienced by staff members.
Promoting ESG and Human Capital Goals
This trip to Nha Trang – all expenses covered – was related in multiple ways to CBIES’ broad-based ESG and human capital concerns.
Employee Wellbeing
By arranging this complimentary holiday, CBIES was investing in the mental, physical, and emotional well-being of its staff. It allowed employees to recuperate from a strenuous year without having any burnout. The trip was a way of saying thank you for the hard work & dedication put in by employees.
Teambuilding
The elements of team-building contained in the program like treasure hunts and talent shows strengthened relations between colleagues. Better bonding enhances collaboration and information-sharing channels. Also, employees got an opportunity to engage with senior officers in an informal setting. These relationships can help clarify corporate objectives.
The employee vacation to Nha Trang by CBIES provided a well-deserved break after a year of work and also aligned with the company’s goals. This enabled them to unwind and bond with their relatives and co-workers in the beautiful coastal scenery of Vietnam. The team-building aspects reaffirmed unity, camaraderie, and harmony in CBIES’ corporate community.
