CBIES has the most advanced metal processing equipment, using Korean Hande oxygen-free annealing and oxygen annealing technology, which not only guarantees an efficient annealing process, but also guarantees strong production capacity. These advanced equipment ensure that the drawn products have excellent surface finish. In addition, CBIES has integrated an automatic high-frequency quenching/straightening production line into its operations, providing key support for the production of automotive side door anti-collision beams. CBIES uses BR1,500HS hot-formed steel as the main raw material, which gives the final product excellent mechanical properties; specifically, the tensile strength can reach 1,500MPa and the yield strength can reach 1,200MPa.
